Orders are processed Monday through Friday and usually ship domestically within the U.S. between 24 to 72 hours. J's Closet has the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, J's Closet will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY Customer satisfaction is our first concern. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, you may exchange or return merchandise.
Follow the below instructions for Returns, then place a new order for the desired item at jayscloset.net. Please Note: You will be charged for shipping and handling on your new order. Refunds will be given on regular priced item(s) returned within 14 days of original J's Closet shipping date in unworn and perfect condition (all original tags must be attached). Discounted items are nonrefundable.
All items must be returned with all original packaging including a copy of the o original invoice. Please send returns prepaid via US Mail, FedEx or UPS. Since we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damage in transit, we recommend you insure your return package. Postage and insurance costs on return packages will not be refunded.
